BYD and Mogox Launch Level 4 Autonomous B90 Electric Bus
SINGAPORE: BYD and autonomous driving technology company Mogox have unveiled the B90, an 8.5-meter Level 4 autonomous electric bus, at Singapore Urban Mobility Week 2026. Designed for international markets, the right-hand-drive vehicle combines BYD’s advanced electric bus platform with Mogox’s Mogo AutoPilot autonomous driving system.
The B90 is equipped with cameras and solid-state LiDAR sensors that enable it to operate in mixed traffic conditions, navigate intersections, and approach bus stops safely. Its low-floor design and compact rear overhang are intended to improve accessibility and maneuverability, particularly in urban environments.

Mogox has developed a modular deployment system to help adapt the autonomous bus to different markets, covering regulations, fleet management, and local support requirements. Singapore will serve as the first launch market, where Mogox is already involved in the country’s first official Level 4 autonomous bus project.
The partnership provides BYD with a factory-built autonomous bus solution for export markets. Mogox’s autonomous vehicles are already operating in more than 20 cities across China, while the company continues to expand collaborations with transport operators and technology partners in Singapore, South Korea, and Europe.
